Hand Lane Designs is a laser engraving shop in New Braunfels, Texas. We hand-engrave logos, names and artwork onto tumblers, awards, cutting boards and name tags — for companies buying 25 pieces for a job site, and for companies buying 300 for a conference. Most of what we make goes out to businesses, schools and teams across the San Antonio and Austin corridor, and we ship anywhere in the country.

Bulk orders are invoiced, not checked out. Send us the details and you'll get an invoice you can pay by card or hand to accounting — you never have to run 300 units through a shopping cart.

How it works

1. Send us the details

Your logo or artwork, how many you need, and your deadline. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) engrave cleanest, but send whatever you have — if the file needs work we'll tell you before you pay for anything.

2. We quote it and send a proof

You get pricing and a proof showing exactly what the engraving will look like and where it sits on the piece.

3. You approve it

Nothing touches the laser until you've seen the proof and said yes. If the logo needs to move or the text needs to change, that happens here, not after 300 pieces are done.

4. We engrave and ship

Production runs 3–5 business days after approval. We ship nationwide, or you can pick up in New Braunfels.

Reorders

We keep your artwork and your specs on file. When you come back — next season, next hire, next event — reference your last order and we'll match it: same placement, same depth, same size. You don't re-send the logo, and batch two doesn't come back looking a little different from batch one.

That's the whole reason companies keep buying engraved drinkware instead of printed. Print wears off and never quite matches between runs. Hand-engraving is cut into the cup, and a saved spec file means the tenth order looks like the first.

What we engrave

Insulated tumblers and water bottles, glassware, cutting boards, awards and plaques, name tags and badges, kitchen and office pieces. If you want something engraved that isn't on the site, ask — we do that constantly. You can also supply your own product and we'll engrave it.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

No hard minimum. Volume pricing starts around 25 pieces, and that's where most business orders land. Smaller runs are welcome — we do 10-piece orders regularly.

Can every piece have a different name?

Yes. Individual names, numbers or dates alongside a shared logo are normal for us — onboarding kits and senior gifts are almost always personalized per piece. Send the list with your artwork.

Do you invoice? Can we pay on terms?

Most corporate orders are invoiced rather than run through checkout. You'll get an invoice you can pay by card or pass to accounting. Ask about terms when you request your quote.

How fast can you turn an order around?

Production is 3–5 business days once the proof is approved, plus shipping. If you have a hard event date, say so up front — tell us the date you need them in hand, not the date you'd like to ship.

What file format do you need for a logo?

Vector is best — AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. A high-resolution PNG usually works. Fine gradients and photographs don't translate well to engraving, since engraving is a single tone cut into the surface. Send what you've got and we'll tell you what it'll look like before you commit.

Can you ship to more than one address?

Yes. Split shipments across offices, job sites or individual recipients are fine — send the addresses with your order.

Can we send our own cups?

Yes. Engraving on product you supply runs $9–$20 a piece depending on quantity and how much engraving is involved.

Where are you located?

New Braunfels, Texas. Everything is engraved here in our shop. We work with businesses across San Antonio, Austin, San Marcos, Seguin and the surrounding Hill Country, and we ship nationwide.
