Events and hospitality. Conference and venue orders where the deadline is the hard constraint. Tell us the date attendees need them in hand and we'll work backward from it.

Can each piece have a different name?

Yes. Individual names alongside a shared company logo is standard. Send the list with your artwork.

What file format do you need for a logo?

Vector is best — AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. A high-resolution PNG usually works. Gradients and photographs don't translate well, since engraving is a single tone cut into the surface. Send what you have and we'll tell you how it'll look before you commit.

How far ahead should we order for a conference?

Give us two weeks where you can. Production is 3–5 business days after proof approval, plus the proof round trip and shipping. Tell us the date you need them in hand.
