Volume pricing starts around 25 pieces. Bulk orders are invoiced — you'll get an invoice you can pay by card or hand to your office manager, rather than running 200 units through a shopping cart.

How it runs

1. Send the logo and the count

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) engrave cleanest. A high-resolution PNG usually works. Most contractor logos come to us as whatever's on the truck door, and that's fine — if the file needs work we'll say so before you pay for anything.

2. You get pricing and a proof

The proof shows exactly where the engraving sits on the cup and how big it is. Logos with a lot of fine detail sometimes need to be simplified to read well at 3 inches on a curved surface — we'll show you what that looks like.

3. You approve, we engrave

Nothing touches the laser until you've said yes. Production is 3–5 business days from there. Ship anywhere, split across job sites, or pick up in New Braunfels.

4. Next time, just reference the order

We keep your artwork and specs. Reorder next season and it matches — same placement, same depth, same size.

How many do I need to order?

Volume pricing starts around 25. We regularly do 10-piece runs for a single crew and 288-piece runs for a whole company.

Can each tumbler have the crew member's name on it?

Yes — company logo on one side, individual name on the other is a common setup. Send the name list with your artwork.

Will engraving hold up on a job site?

That's the reason to engrave rather than print. The mark is cut into the surface, so there's nothing to peel or fade. It outlasts the powder coat around it.

Our logo is complicated. Will it work?

Send it and we'll tell you honestly. Engraving is a single tone cut into metal — it can't do gradients or photographic detail. Most logos need no changes; some need slight simplification to stay readable at cup size. You'll see it on the proof before anything is made.

Can you ship to multiple job sites?

Yes. Send the addresses with your order and we'll split the shipment.

Do you invoice, or can we pay on terms?
