Corporate Awards & Employee Recognition

Engraved glass and metal awards for service anniversaries, sales banquets, retirements and employee recognition — hand-engraved in New Braunfels, Texas, and shipped anywhere.

Recognition pieces are a different job from bulk drinkware. The quantities are smaller, the text is different on every piece, and the deadline is usually a banquet date that isn't moving. We build them one at a time from a single approved layout, so the whole set matches even though no two are identical.

  • $55–$70 Typical engraved glass award
  • 3–5 days After you approve the proof
  • Every piece Individually engraved text
  • Invoiced We bill you, no checkout

What we make

  • Glass and crystal awards

Flame, peak and rectangle styles on reflective bases. Our most common recognition piece — around $70 for a 9½ inch award.
  • Service anniversary pieces

Five, ten, twenty years. Company logo plus name and date, produced consistently year over year from a saved layout.
  • Sales and performance awards

Annual banquet sets — same design, different names, ranks and figures on each.
  • Retirement gifts

Usually the piece someone actually keeps on a shelf. Often paired with an engraved tumbler or cutting board.
  • Engraved drinkware recognition

When you'd rather give something used daily than displayed. $17–$65 depending on the cup.

What it costs

What you're ordering Typical per piece
Engraved glass award, 9–9½ inch, accent base ~$70
Smaller glass award or plaque $55–$70
Premium drinkware as a recognition gift — YETI, Stanley $38–$65
Standard engraved tumbler, 20–22 oz $17–$20
Engraving only, on awards you supply $9–$20

Award sets are usually small — a dozen to two dozen pieces — so pricing is per piece rather than volume-tiered. Individually engraved names cost nothing extra.

How an award set runs

1. Send the list and the logo

The recipient names exactly as they should appear, any titles, dates or figures, and your logo. Spelling on the list is what gets engraved — we don't guess at a name.

2. We proof one piece

You approve a single layout showing the logo, the fixed text and where the variable name sits. Once that's right, every piece in the set follows it.

3. We engrave the set

3–5 business days. If your banquet date is tight, say so up front — tell us the date you need them in hand, not the date you'd like them shipped.

4. Next year, reference this order

We keep the layout. Next year's set matches this year's — same design, same placement — and you just send the new names.

Why engraved rather than printed

A recognition piece is supposed to signal that the achievement was worth marking permanently. Printed or vinyl-applied text undercuts that message the first time an edge lifts. Engraving is cut into the material — on glass it's a frosted mark in the surface, on metal it's cut into the finish. It's still exactly right in a decade, sitting on a shelf.

The same argument applies to consistency. If your five-year award in 2026 doesn't match the one you gave in 2024, people notice — and it reads as though the program isn't taken seriously. A saved layout is how you avoid that.

Common questions

How many awards do we need to order?

No minimum. We've done single retirement pieces and full banquet sets. Most recognition orders land between 10 and 25.

Can every award have different text?

Yes — that's the normal case. Different names, dates, titles and figures on each piece, all built from one approved layout so the set matches.

How far ahead of our banquet should we order?

Two to three weeks is comfortable. Production is 3–5 business days after proof approval, but the name list usually takes longer to finalize than people expect. Send it as soon as it's locked.

Can you match awards we ordered from someone else?

Often, yes. Send a photo and the dimensions and we'll tell you honestly whether we can match it closely or only approximate it.

Can we send our own awards to be engraved?

Yes. Engraving on pieces you supply runs $9–$20 depending on quantity and how much engraving is involved.

Do you invoice?

Yes — most corporate recognition orders are invoiced rather than run through checkout.
